Waiver Information

WAIVER CHANGE INFORMATION - Federal authorization to continue waivers must be sought at prescribed intervals. All three waivers, HCBS-DD (Comprehensive Waiver), HCBS-SLS (Supported Living Services Waiver) and CES (Children's Extensive Support Waiver) require renewal by July 1, 2009. If approved by Federal CMS, these waiver changes would be implemented starting July 1, 2009.

 

While a few changes are proposed for HCBS-DD, most of the changes relate to the SLS and CES waivers.
