Colorado Cross
Disability Coalition (CCDC) - Ensuring
full participation of all people with all
types of disabilities by any means necessary.
Community Centered Board (CCB)
- Community Centered Boards manage and deliver services, in
partnership with private service providers, to individuals
with developmental disabilities and their families
throughout the state of Colorado. There are two different
websites for CCBs, depending on what county you live in.

Advocates on behalf of people with
developmental disabilities in the arena of
public policy.
Disability is Natural
Division for Developmental Disabilities (DDD)
- State office that provides leadership for
the direction, funding and operation of
community based services to persons with

Easter Seals - Easter Seals provides
services to children and adults with
disabilities and other special needs, and
support to their families.
HERO
Alliance - Promotes homeownership
education and resources for people with
disabilities in Colorado.

Partners - Promotes independence, inclusion, contribution of people with
developmental disabilities and special health care needs through consumer,
community, and university partnerships.

National Information Center for Children and
Youth with Disabilities (NICHCY)-

NICHCY compiles disability-related
resources in each state, and creates State
Resource Sheets to help locate organizations
and agencies that address disability-related
issues.
National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD)
- A site to help those with unusual diseases
find each other for mutual information
